Weekly Photo Challenge: Jubilant

Picture of dogs playing on beach

Can there honestly be anything happier than a dog frolicing on the beach? This stop at Edisto Beach in South Carolina is about the most carefree I’ve ever witnessed my rescue dog Zoey. She’s afraid of most everything, but on this day, I think she forgot her fears when the black dog approached her and wouldn’t take no for answer. They ran circles around each other and eptimized being carefree and letting go. In turn, her human was overjoyed as well. This photo easily fits the theme of this week’s photo challenge. We could all stand to seek situations that will put us in touch with being more jubilant.

      • Absolutely. They are simple in that they are always in the moment. No agenda. No hidden motif. They want something, like playing frisbee or even wanting to greet other dogs in the street while taking a walk, they don’t have no other things in mind. What matters to them is just that. 🙂
